Personalized and Made-to-Order Products
All products available on Mallorca Frame Shop are made upon demand and are personalized to meet the unique preferences of each customer. As a result, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for personalized items unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
Defective or Damaged Items
In the rare event that you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. We may request photographic evidence of the damage or defect. Once verified, we will offer a replacement or issue a refund.
Order Cancellation
As our products are made to order, we begin processing orders shortly after they are placed. Therefore, cancellations are generally not possible once production has started. If you need to cancel an order, please contact us immediately at Photo@mallorcaframeshop.com, and we will do our best to accommodate your request if the production process has not commenced.
Incorrect Personalization
If there is an error in the personalization of your item due to a mistake on our part, we will gladly replace the item at no additional cost. Please contact us with the correct information, and we will arrange for the prompt replacement of the item.
Customer Input Accuracy
It is the responsibility of the customer to provide accurate personalization details during the order process. We cannot be held responsible for errors in personalization if the information provided by the customer is incorrect.
